Announcing Enhancements to SigmaRADIUS Version 3.0!

Consistent with our commitment to maximize client value and satisfaction, we are pleased to announce improvements to our SigmaRADIUS 360 degree feedback tool. We'd like to offer our clients the following new features to enhance the SigmaRADIUS experience:

• Addition of 9 new leadership competencies to support more comprehensive coverage of leadership behavior and performance. Click here to see the entire SigmaRADIUS competency list including definitions. (Remember, you can use our benchmarking service to customize your SigmaRADIUS feedback process to include only those competencies that are relevant to the position or organization).

• Change leadership competency name from Subordinate Involvement to Involving Direct Reports.
• Replacement of the leadership competency General Leadership Effectiveness with an Overall Effectiveness competency located at the end of the survey. This allows raters to provide a global leadership effectiveness rating and to share any general or outstanding feedback that had not been adequately captured by the specific leadership competencies measured by the survey.
• Addition of a Score Summary page that lists scores from each rater source for each competency for simplified coaching and facilitation.
• Addition of page references to the Leadership Effectiveness Snapshot page to make it easier to locate competencies in the report.

Description

The SigmaRadius 360 Degree Feedback Report summarizes an individual's profile of multi-source ratings across 51 leadership behaviors. Every profile shows how the target was rated by his or her self, leaders, colleagues, direct/indirect reports, and others (if selected). The report includes specific comments that coworkers provided, as well as dynamic development advice, action steps, and references to key readings.
