Laura is pursuing her PhD in Psychology (Personality & Measurement) at Western University. As part of SIGMA’s Research & Development team, she applies her expertise in test construction, psychometrics, and personality traits to optimize SIGMA’s assessment offerings. With her secondary background in French linguistics, Laura also supports SIGMA’s translation projects.
