Description: Leader as Coach is a training program that empowers organizations to manage the coaching process internally. Leaders will learn SIGMA’s coaching philosophy and develop essential coaching skills. This program highlights the key elements of the coaching process and equips leaders to confidently lead meaningful coaching engagements.

Duration: One session
Format: Virtual via Microsoft Teams*
Designed for:
- Organizations whose leaders have coaching experience and are already involved in talent development; this workshop can be used to refresh or upskill your team.
- Organizations that are not yet ready to establish a comprehensive coaching program but want to introduce their HR team and business leaders to the fundamentals of coaching for talent development.
Description: Coaching Essentials is a single-session workshop that offers a simple, effective starting point for refreshing existing coaching skills or building in-house coaching capacity from the ground up. SIGMA’s consultants work with your leaders to ensure they have the resources they need to support employees’ long-term growth.
