Personality Measures

Personality determines a number of important characteristics and behaviors, including how people interact with others, what motivates them, and what they value. Our personality measures are among the most widely cited, highly regarded, and innovative assessments of normal-range personality. For use with normal and clinical populations, these measures are also used in a variety of settings, from career planning and marital counseling to leadership development and employment selection.

Five-Factor Nonverbal Personality Questionnaire

This image-based questionnaire measures the 'Big Five' normal personality factors. In addition to the standard uses for a measure of normal personality, the FF-NPQ's unique item illustrations are ideal for use in cross-cultural situations and other applications where language understanding might be an issue.

Jackson Personality Inventory-Revised

The JPI-R is widely considered to be one of the most psychometrically sound measures of personality. The extensive research outlined in the JPI-R manual includes hundreds of correlations of JPI scales with criteria ranging from occupational preferences to relationships with dimensions of executive performance.

Multidimensional Emotional Intelligence Assessment

The MEIA is a 20-minute measure of EI that captures each of the 10 facets of Salovey and Mayer's (1990) influential EI model.

NEO Five-Factor Inventory-3

The NEO-FFI-3 is the updated version of the NEO-FFI - a quick, reliable, and accurate measure of the 'Big 5' domains of personality.

NEO Personality Inventory-3

The NEO-PI-3 is the updated version of the NEO PI-R - a highly-regarded assessment of personality that is based on the Five-Factor model.

Nonverbal Personality Questionnaire

The NPQ is an image-based measure of normal personality designed to measure 16 different personality traits highlighted by Murray (1938) in his system of needs. In addition to the standard uses for a measure of normal personality, the NPQ's unique item illustrations are ideal for use in cross-cultural situations and other applications where language understanding might be an issue.

Personality Research Form

The PRF is one of the most highly regarded measures of normal-range personality available. It is also one of the most highly cited psychological assessments, having been referenced 2000 times in research literature.

Six Factor Personality Questionnaire

The SFPQ is a brief, cost-effective personality measure that encompasses and extends the "Big 5". It is ideal for use in business settings and in research. Among other qualities, the SFPQ draws on an improved model for "Conscientiousness", and has received an exceptionally positive review from the Buros Mental Measurements Yearbook (2000). In addition, items were carefully selected to minimize the effects of social desirability response bias, an issue affecting other popular measures of the Big 5.
