Identifying Effective Leaders is an online course that introduces participants to the fundamentals of psychological testing and the role of personality in leadership selection. Successful participants will be equipped to effectively administer and interpret the Leadership Skills Profile (LSP).

The course equips you with the knowledge and skills to enhance:

Because the LSP is a sophisticated tool used in high-stakes situations, in the absence of a Master's level degree in psychology or higher, this course is required to interpret the LSP.
