What is the LSP-SR?
The Leadership Skills Profile (LSP) reflects the culmination of nearly 50 years of research into human performance, and incorporates the latest in personality and leadership theory. The LSP is a personality-based leadership assessment that provides a profile of expected leadership performance, as well as candid narrative text describing the implications of the candidate’s personality on their leadership. The LSP will also identify “red flags” capable of impeding success or derailing careers.
